Modern SILAT Concepts & Weapons Workshop 11/4/17

In this intensive and educational workshop, you will learn the devastating Indonesian and Filipino system known as SILAT, and it’s practical application in modern day society.
There are many different systems and styles of this ancient art and way of life. 


We will explore both the historical and modern hand to hand approaches to close quarters combat including Empty Hand Tactics, Karambit, SNAG, Sarong (flexible weapons) and Limb Destruction’s, as well as how Silat can improve your Firearms and Gun drawing skills. 

Silat has been used in many films including Jack Reacher, The Bourne Identity/Ultimatum trilogy, The Hunted, John Wick, The Raid, and many more! 


This event will also explore the use of THE SNAG by Krudo Knives (Below) and it’s applications in CQC and Self Defense.
